Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Associate with 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate and healthcare M&A to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated associate to gain exposure to cutting-edge transactions in real estate .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Advise clients on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development.
  • Handle complex healthcare M&A transactions, including due diligence, structuring deals, and drafting transactional documents.
  • Work closely with partners and senior attorneys to structure and negotiate real estate and M&A deals.
  • Conduct legal research on real estate, healthcare, and M&A issues, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Draft and review a variety of real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, joint venture agreements, and financing documents.
  • Assist clients with regulatory issues related to healthcare M&A, including compliance with healthcare laws and regulations.
  • Manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, working alongside tax, litigation, and other specialists as necessary.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, meetings, and communications with opposing counsel, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications :

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate and/or healthcare M&A.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.
  • Familiarity with healthcare M&A, including regulatory issues, due diligence, and structuring.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex legal concepts.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with attention to detail and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Active membership in the state bar.
