- Manage, train, and motivate a team of lot attendants, photographer and detailers.
- Track incoming Inventory to ensure that Accounting has all information needed to process these units and stock these vehicles in and make ready for Service Pre Delivery Inspection.
- Track Inventory after Service PDI and get through the Detail shop for Appearance Detail/PDI process, Gas, Lojack, Photography and properly displayed for sale.
- Assign tasks and monitor the quality of work performed.

- Scheduling and Coordination:
- Schedule vehicle detailing and paint protection package appointments and prioritize tasks based on needs.
- Coordinate with sales and inventory managers to ensure vehicles are ready for display or delivery.

- Ensure vehicles are detailed according to company standards and customer expectations.
