As a Director, Global Tracking, you will have a passion for client management and a desire to lead. As a senior-level leader, you’ll conduct research, manage projects, and mentor your team while working closely with Fortune 500 clients and in partnership with department leaders. You will act as a thought partner to clients, educate them about every step of the process, develop trust and build lasting relationships. Manage data collection, processing, tabulation, analysis, and reporting, and use findings to translate complexity into compelling stories. Advise junior employees and share responsibility for their growth and development. Lead project activities while achieving excellent financial results. Strategize at a high level alongside other Material business leaders. Influence and advise business decisions and adapt to groundbreaking technologies that drive efficiency. Work with programming, design, data collection, marketing, and data science teams. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and 7-10 years of professional experience in a related field, willingness to coordinate and lead daily team activities, provide immediate supervision to direct reports, and perform some of the work of those supervised. Candidates should have experience in market research, strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, and a passion for client experience. A Bachelor’s or Master’s in social sciences, business, economics, or a related field is required.
