Who We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone who loves Jesus, loves teens, and loves small-town community life. You don’t have to be perfect (none of us are), but you should have a growing relationship with God, a teachable heart, and a desire to help middle and high schoolers meet Christ and follow Him for life. Previous experience is preferred since this position doesn’t offer on-the-job training.
You’ll fit right in if you’re the kind of person who laughs easily, listens well, and can connect with both students and parents. You’re comfortable leading in front of a group or sitting with a teenager one-on-one at a ballgame. You understand that ministry is about relationships, not just programs.
We’re a church that values authenticity, grace, and community. We want our youth ministry to reflect those same things — fun, safe, faith-building, and open to students who’ve never set foot in church before.
