We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Wound Care Nurse. Your Role:
Assess complex patient wounds upon admission or development
Clean and dress wounds to promote healing and prevent infection
Determine appropriate treatment plans, which may include antibiotics, hyperbaric therapy, or surgery
Educate patients and caregivers on wound care post-discharge
Provide verbal instructions and document care plans clearly
Complete all required documentation for patient records and insurance purposes
Collaborate with a team of caring professionals to provide high-quality, consistent care
Who We’re Looking For:
Licensed LPN or RN in the state of Illinois
Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
Committed to delivering exceptional care in a skilled nursing environment
Enthusiastic about working in a supportive, community-centered facility
