Key Responsibilities: - Make outgoing calls ,texts and email, and virtual meetings
- Provide accurate information on insurance benefit options and policy updates
- Maintain and manage client records and documentation
- Offer outstanding service with a client-focused approach
- Work independently and contribute to team goals in a virtual environment
Qualifications : - No prior customer service or insurance experience needed
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-disciplined, organized, and motivated
- Comfortable using basic technology (Zoom, email, etc.)
