Role Objective

The Web Designer will lead and support the design and execution of responsive, user-focused websites and digital assets. This role blends creativity with functional expertise to deliver accessible, visually compelling, and conversion-optimized web experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prototype web pages and digital experiences using Figma, Adobe XD, and other tools.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and ADA compliance.
• Design promotional assets including email graphics, social media visuals, and eCommerce banners.
• Maintain and update website content using CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, and Squarespace.
• Work closely with marketing and brand teams to ensure visual consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Contribute to creative ideation, concept development, and storytelling across web and digital campaigns.
• Lead internal and external presentations, articulating design rationale effectively.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in web or digital design.
• Proven ability to build high-fidelity wireframes and responsive layouts.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of web and digital design projects.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and HTML/CSS.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in fast-paced agency or eCommerce environments.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Exponea, and Amplience.
• Knowledge of UX principles and accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA).
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including marketing, development, and brand stakeholders.
