Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Waterproofing Technician/Foreman to join our team in Broadview Heights, OH. This role involves overseeing installation and maintenance of waterproofing systems , conducting site assessments, and ensuring all projects meet quality and safety standards . The ideal candidate will also handle troubleshooting, repairs, and maintain direct communication with clients to ensure complete satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair waterproofing systems.
Conduct site inspections and assessments.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Troubleshoot issues and perform necessary repairs.
Lead and supervise crew members on-site.
Communicate with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
Qualifications:
2+ years' experience in basement waterproofing, foundation drainage systems, or construction (required).
Knowledge of sewer drainage solutions and related issues.
Ability to operate construction and home repair equipment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Good communication skills for customer interaction.
Physical stamina and ability to work in varying weather conditions.
Prior supervisory or foreman experience is a plus .
