Location: Commerce Township, Michigan
Compensation: Salary starting at $75,000 yearly

POSITION SUMMARY:
At Basements Plus, we believe in transforming homes and lives through quality and exceptional service. As our Waterproofing Production Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our waterproofing division, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Oversee all waterproofing production activities from scheduling to final inspection.
• Supervise and support production team, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
• Coordinate with sales to ensure seamless job handoffs and execution.
• Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure proper inventory, materials, and equipment for waterproofing projects.
• Conduct pre-production meetings to align expectations with the production team and homeowner.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction when needed.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production and office staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and company policies and processes.
• Track job costs, timelines, and quality metrics.
• Build relationships and manage trade partners.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction or waterproofing (Basement Systems experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems, drainage, sump pumps, and foundation repair.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• A valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and the ability to drive for the company.
