We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Palletizer / Product Mover to join our shipping and receiving team. This role plays a key part in ensuring product is accurately prepared, staged, and moved for shipment while maintaining the integrity and safety of all items. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and be proficient in operating an electric pallet jack .

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and break down pallets according to order specifications.
• Wrap and unwrap pallets securely to prevent product damage.
• Stage pallets for outbound shipping and move them to designated refrigerated warehouse areas after trailers are unloaded.
• Work closely with the shipping/receiving team to ensure accurate product flow and timely staging.
• Maintain organization across approximately 30 lanes of produce and support the movement of 40–80 trailers per day.
• Assist with inventory management and product tracking within the warehouse.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Required: Experience operating an electric pallet jack .
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, move, and stack boxes safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Team-oriented attitude with reliable attendance and communication skills.
• Ability to work in refrigerated environments as required.
