ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Load and unload beer, barrels, and other items that are transferred between production locations.
2. Accurately count, mark, and put away product (finished goods and raw materials) in their designated place.
3. Unload and ensure accuracy of all inbound shipments (i.e bottles, cans, malt, hops, paper, kegs, chemicals, etc) from our suppliers.
4. Perform basic preventative maintenance on all forklifts/reach trucks on a monthly basis.
5. Perform periodic cycle counts of inventory including paper, malt, hops, and finished goods.
6. Keep facility clean by removing trash & recycling, sweeping, and robo mopping warehouse on a periodic basis.
7. Pick, stage, and load outbound customer orders in a timely fashion, with an emphasis on accuracy.
8. Pick, stage, and load all inter-building transfers in a timely fashion, with an emphasis on accuracy.
9. Inspect inbound/outbound/transferred products for damages; report as needed.
10. Will perform other tasks as determined reasonable by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of warehouse experience.
• Clean Driving record.
• Emphasis on safety and promoting a safe work environment.
• Follow instructions for operating equipment and keeping records.
• Execute assignments in an accurate, timely, and safe manner.
• Maintain a clean environment.
• Forklift certification per OSHA standards.
• Reach truck experience a major plus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Regularly sitting on a powered industrial truck.
• Working in a cold environment
• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds and adjust body position to bend, stoop, walk, turn, and stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to assess weights and judge distances and heights.
