About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Scrum Masters to lead and advance the Agile practice across its software development groups. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a large team of Scrum Masters, defining and standardizing Agile metrics, and driving continuous improvement in Agile delivery. This executive role requires a deep expertise in Agile methodologies, cross-functional team management, and a metrics-driven approach to transformation. The VP will also be instrumental in championing a culture of servant leadership, psychological safety, and empowered teams, and will be expected to present key Agile performance metrics to senior leaders. Candidates for the VP of Scrum Masters position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in Agile delivery, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with advanced degrees or Agile certifications preferred. The role demands a proven track record in managing large-scale Agile transformations, integrating AI tools into Agile processes, and experience in a hybrid or fully distributed software development environment. The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, and a strong ability to influence C-level stakeholders. A data-driven mindset and experience with Agile project management tools are also essential.
