About the Role

The role also involves strategic leadership, people management, and a commitment to equity, inclusion, and diversity in both workplace relationships and audience engagement. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in driving fundraising or consumer-based revenue growth, with a strong emphasis on digital strategies. They should be adept at using modern tech stacks, including CRM, data analytics, and digital outreach tools, and have a proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The Vice President will be expected to have a deep understanding of engaging diverse community stakeholders and to be an inspiring communicator with exceptional storytelling skills. A background in local media organizations and content-driven membership programs is highly valued. The role demands a proactive problem-solver, an inspiring communicator, and a leader who can galvanize populations around a shared purpose.
