Valet Attendant – Luxury Senior Living Community

Location: Healdsburg, CA
Pay: $22.00 per hour plus tips
Job Type: Full-Time and Part-Time
Shifts: AM and PM shifts available (must be available to work Weekends)

About the Role

Join our exceptional team at a luxury senior living community, where hospitality, professionalism, and care come together to create a warm and welcoming environment for residents and guests. As a Valet Attendant, you’ll be the first and last point of contact for our community’s residents and visitors, setting the tone for a premium, concierge-level experience.

What You’ll Do

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors with genuine warmth and professionalism.
• Safely Park and retrieve vehicles in a timely and courteous manner.
• Provide clear directions and assistance to guests regarding parking or community access.
• Perform vehicle inspections and handle each guest’s vehicle with the utmost care and respect.
• Always maintain a polished and professional appearance in the company uniform.
• Assist with light duties or special projects as requested by management to support smooth daily operations.
• Stay active throughout your shift—standing, walking, and occasionally assisting with items up to 50 lbs.

What We’re Looking For

• A friendly, service-minded individual who enjoys interacting with people.
• A valid driver’s license (held for at least 2 years).
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Dependable, professional, and able to work independently with integrity.
• Prior hospitality or senior living experience is a plus but not required.

Must have:

• You are at least 21 years old.
• You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
• Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
