Our client, a leader in applied research, is seeking a UX Researcher to join their team. As a UX Researcher, you will be part of the Quantified Wearability (QW) team supporting various prototype products. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization. UX Researcher Burlingame, CA 12 Month Contract Pay Range: $55-$60 per hour What's the Job? Work closely with researchers, designers, PMs & engineers to define and execute user research studies that will directly inform product design. Submit potential projects through research review and privacy process. Strictly adhere to privacy and safety standards when working directly with participants or participant data. Collaboratively and independently develop and execute research roadmaps. Lead various research studies throughout all the phases of the product development cycle. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in a human behavior related field, such as human-computer interaction, psychology, sociology, communication, information science, media studies, computer science, or economics. 2+ years experience designing and executing human subjects user research studies, as well as demonstrated data analysis and presentation skills. Experience in quantitative and qualitative UX research and study design. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience with Python, R, MATLAB, or equivalent for data analysis.
