This attorney will focus on managing high-volume U.S. business immigration matters, providing advice to employees and business leaders, and ensuring compliance with immigration regulations. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-impact matters within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic legal advice on complex U.S. immigration matters, including I-9 and E-Verify. Oversee preparation and filing of non-immigrant and immigrant petitions and applications. Conduct legal research and draft clear, concise legal memoranda on immigration-related issues. Collaborate with colleagues and outside counsel to manage projects and simplify complex legal issues. Advise employees and business groups across the organization. Qualifications Licensed attorney with an active law license in at least one jurisdiction. Juris Doctor (JD) or international equivalent. 3+ years of experience practicing business immigration law, ideally in a high-volume environment supporting corporate clients. Experience with the full suite of non-immigrant and immigrant visa processes including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, EB-1 categories, and related petitions. Law firm experience (minimum 3 years). Excellent legal research, drafting, and communication skills. Strong ability to work independently while also collaborating across teams.
