Pharmacist

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Pharmacist to fill an opening in Memphis, Tennessee.

Pay Details: $ 62.66 per hour

Shift Details: Monday – Friday 9AM - 6PM, 10AM – 7PM, or 11AM – 8PM ( No weekend, no on call )

Daily Responsibilities for Pharmacist :

• Provide consultation on prescription and non-prescription medications for storage, dosage, side effects, and drug interactions. Provide services to patients, such as smoking cessation, blood pressure measurement and cholesterol management.
  
• Accurately maintain confidential records of all patients ensure proper management of patient records and pharmacy files.
  
• Advising patients about medicines, including how to take them, what reactions may occur and answering patients' questions.

Required Qualifications for Pharmacist:

• TN Pharmacists licensed required.
  
• Long term care/retail experience is a plus
  
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree required.
