Job Details

Requirement:

• Licensed to practice law in NY
• 4 + years of Transactional Real Estate experience
• Experience representing buyers/sellers, lenders/borrowers, landlords/tenants, developers/building owners, condo and co-op boards, and/or joint venturers
• Experience with Ground Leases, Development Leases, Retail Leases, etc.
