Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and related contracts.
• Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review, zoning analysis, and environmental assessments.
• Coordinate closings and manage all aspects of the transaction process.
• Advise clients on legal risks and strategies related to real estate investments and developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, lenders, and title companies to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the Florida Bar.
• Book of Business and/ or strong business development skills
• 3+ years of experience in real estate transactional law.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.

Preferred:

• Experience with commercial real estate and development projects.
