Job Summary
Operates a tow truck and performs emergency roadside assistance, including basic roadside services and safe vehicle transport.
General Accountabilities
Communicates with dispatch regarding service requests and job assignments.
Performs basic roadside assistance such as jump starts and tire changes.
Loads, secures, and transports vehicles safely.
Delivers vehicles to designated locations in a timely manner.
Maintains cleanliness and organization of truck, tools, and equipment.

Job Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Not required (training provided)
Licenses/Certifications: Valid Class C Driver’s License
