Telecom Sales Representative Duties & Responsibilities:

• Initiate conversations with customers in retail and event-based settings to discuss telecom offerings
• Match customer needs with the right wireless, internet, or bundled service options
• Clearly explain service details, answer questions, and simplify complex information
• Build trust by delivering excellent service and leaving a positive, lasting impression
• Work with your Telecom Sales Representative team to track results, share insights, and refine sales techniques
• Participate in ongoing product training and Telecom Sales Representative skill development sessions
• Represent client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm in every interaction
