Position Overview
We are seeking a Telecom Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic field operations team. In this role, you will install and configure telecom services for business clients, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth and efficient setup process. This position is ideal for someone who is both technically skilled and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot 5G internet systems, VoIP phones (both physical and soft phones), and mobility lines
• Provide on-site customer support and technical assistance during installations
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience with professional, timely, and efficient service
• Educate customers on system functionality to ensure satisfaction and successful handoff
• Maintain accurate documentation of completed installations and service calls

Qualifications

• Technically adept with a strong understanding of telecom products and services
• Problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license (fieldwork required)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Previous experience in telecom or IT installations is highly preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• $100 per day , with the opportunity to work up to six days per week
• Gas reimbursement provided
• Performance-based bonuses , including:
  • $5 for every new customer enrolled in auto-pay
  • $25 for every installation over 20 per week
  • Additional bonuses for high customer satisfaction ratings
