TARGETING PDP FACILITATOR
Location: Honolulu, Hawaii | Type: Full-Time | Clearance: TS/SCI – CI Poly Preferred

Overview
DarkStar Intelligence is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Targeting PDP Facilitator to support specialized intelligence training initiatives in Honolulu, Hawaii. This position focuses on joint target intelligence (TI) and is responsible for developing and delivering training aligned with DIA, COE, and Joint Staff Joint Training Standards. The facilitator will provide instruction on the full target intelligence lifecycle, supporting the unique mission needs of the INDOPACOM Area of Responsibility (AoR). This position operates in an on-site, SCIF-based environment. U.S. citizenship is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, coordinate, implement, instruct, and update courses covering joint targeting intelligence for all learning levels
• Deliver instruction on the full target intelligence lifecycle, including target system analysis, target development, and battle damage assessments
• Instruct on the integration of TI into command plans and operations, supporting both kinetic and non-kinetic targeting
• Train students in the selection and nomination of targets, assessment of weapon effects, and joint fires effectiveness
• Focus on areas including the Joint Targeting Cycle, collateral damage assessments, target list management, and precision point mensuration
• Incorporate use of targeting tools and systems such as Joint Targeting Toolkit, Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System, Modernized Integrated Database, and Electronic Target Folders
• Ensure training incorporates joint, service, and partner nation targeting practices relevant to INDOPACOM mission objectives

Minimum Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10 years of DoD or military experience leading and executing targeting functions, including target analysis and production
• Minimum 5 years of experience developing and instructing curricula on target intelligence lifecycle topics
• Certified as a “Targeteer” (e.g., graduate of Joint Targeting School, USAF Combat Targeting Course, or equivalent)
• At least 5 years of experience performing kinetic targeting functions at the tactical and/or operational level
• Certified instructor with demonstrated instructional delivery experience

Desired Qualifications

• 15 or more years of DoD or military experience in targeting, including operational or strategic assignments in the INDOPACOM AoR
• Certified curriculum developer and DIA instructor
• Experience with DIA Learning Management System (LMS) administration
• Current certification under DIA’s Instructor Certification Standards (Certified Instructor)
