Summary:
The System VP of Real Estate Development and Facilities is responsible for leading the strategic planning, development, and management of real estate and facilities to support UNC Health’s goals. This
role includes overseeing capital projects, planning and managing facility operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and aligning real estate strategy with organizational objectives. This leader ensures strict adherence to established policies and procedures, ensuring the entity’s conduct aligns with the highest standards dictated by applicable laws, regulations, sound business practices, and our Code of Conduct.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive real estate and facilities strategy that aligns with the organization’s mission, vision, and goals.
2. Leading People - Leads people toward meeting the organization's vision, mission, and goals.
