The Store Security Specialist is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of customers and employees in a retail store environment by monitoring activities, preventing theft, and managing emergency situations. This role requires law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, strong conflict management skills, and the ability to collaborate with store leadership and community partners. The position also involves operating CCTV systems, conducting investigations, and maintaining a high level of customer service while promoting a safe shopping atmosphere.
