Entegris is seeking a Specialist, Trade Compliance – US Duty Management to add to our growing team at our Headquarters in Billerica, MA. This position is an open-ended contract role. Responsibilities: Verify materials to create certificates of origin; Verify materials for Free Trade Agreement eligibility and create certificates; Support duty drawback programs for analysis, import and export documentation; Assist in investigating new duty drawback opportunities or other duty savings initiatives; Support with master data updates around HTS codes and country of origin in SAP. What We Seek: 2+ years’ experience in Global Trade Compliance preferred; Strong working knowledge & experience with U.S. Customs audit practices, policies, & procedures; Duty drawback experience; Free Trade Agreement experience; Experience with import and export documentation & activities; Knowledge of SAP, Excel, & basic report building; Flexible and calm under pressure; Creative approach to solving problems; Ability to work carefully and accurately, paying close attention to details; Strong organizational and communication skills.
