Responsibilities

• Understand and implement assigned accounts, requirements, and Snow Response Plans.
• Maintain effective communication with the Area Manager.
• Notify management of any changes or potential adjustments needed during snow events.
• Monitor and manage estimated hours per account to ensure efficiency.
• Conduct post-storm follow-up actions, including clean-ups and on-site inventory management.
• Accurately record and submit all required documents, including time-sheets.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience operating snow removal equipment.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 80 pounds.
• Physical capability to crouch, kneel, reach, stoop, bend, and walk repeatedly in winter conditions.
• Willingness to sit in a vehicle for extended periods.
• Availability to be on-call with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in harsh winter conditions, including extreme cold, snow, wind, ice, and rain.
