Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Laborer's to join our team. This role requires a reliable individual who can work independently and as part of a team, following strict instructions to build and assemble various units within warehouse spaces. These may include, but are not limited to, shelving racks, shelving units, and other structures that contribute to the overall functionality and design of the warehouse.
As part of the team, you will be required to travel/fly to job sites across the country and collaborate with colleagues and contractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to client specifications. All travel will be taken care for you. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. As a Skilled Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that require physical strength, tools and technical skills in order to support our operations.

Perform general labor tasks including\r\nFollowing strict instructions and blueprints to ensure the accurate construction and assembly of racks, shelving, and other warehouse units. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently including power tools, hand tools, and basic machinery.\r\nAssist in the assembly and installation of structures or equipment as needed.\r\nMaintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.\r\nFollow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks on the job site.\r\nCollaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications. Adhering to company standards and project deadlines, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.\r\nReport any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.\r\nRequirements\r\n\r\nPrevious experience in construction, manufacturing, or a similar field is preferred but not mandatory.\r\nAbility to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day on your feet.\r\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\r\nFamiliarity with basic hand tools and power tools is advantageous.\r\nGood communication skills and the ability to work well within a hectic and noisy team environment.\r\nMust be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions effectively.\r\nPositive attitude and strong work ethic.\r\nJob Types: Temporary, Contract\r\n\r\nPay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour\r\n\r\nExpected hours: 40 per week\r\n\r\nSchedule:\r\n\r\n\r\n10 hour shift\r\n8 hour shift\r\nDay shift\r\nEvening shift\r\nOvertime\r\nEducation:\r\n\r\n\r\nHigh school or equivalent (Required)\r\nExperience:\r\n\r\n\r\nSkilled Worker: 1 year (Preferred)\r\nShift availability:\r\n\r\n\r\nDay Shift (Required)\r\nWillingness to travel:\r\n\r\n\r\n75% (Required)\r\nWork Location: On the road
