Job Description
As a shipping associate, you’ll be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving materials within the facility, as well as preparing shipments for transportation. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and adherence to safety procedures to ensure products are shipped efficiently and without damage.

Responsibilities:

• Read pick lists to identify materials and use RF scanners to track and invoice items.
• Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
• Secure cargo in transportation vehicles to prevent damage.
• Verify shipping details, attach required labels, and prepare shipments for air or ocean transport.
• Assemble crates and packaging for bulk products.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and perform basic documentation.
• Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays.
• Previous warehouse or shipping experience required.

The base pay range for this position is $16.00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
