Summary

We are seeking a Shipping Associate to join our team at KUS Americas! The ideal candidate is responsible for packing and shipping orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer requirements. This role includes receiving inbound shipments, verifying order accuracy, handling SAP processing, and managing outbound shipments. The Shipping Associate also participates in inventory counts and adheres to warehouse safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Verify and check all received parts before packaging.
• Identify and address discrepancies by coordinating with the sales team for corrections.
• Return incorrect or missing parts to the warehouse team for resolution.
• Package and consolidate outbound freight within 24-48 hours before pickup.
• Prepare shipments for auto customers by palletizing full quantities per box and ensuring proper wrapping.
• Tag all palletized freight with customer details and ensure proper documentation before shipment.
• Inspect and determine appropriate packaging based on sales orders.
• Prioritize, pack, and ship orders according to scheduled ship dates.
• Select proper box sizes and packing materials, record packaging information, and ensure accurate labeling.
• Log sales orders into the PO system, documenting packer details, order receipt times, and shipment readiness.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
