We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to define the technical vision, architecture, and governance of the ServiceNow platform across the enterprise. The candidate will lead platform design, ensure scalability and security, and guide development teams in delivering best-practice ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture and platform strategy
Lead design and implementation across multiple modules:
ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB
IRM/GRC, HRSD, CSM (as applicable)
Establish platform governance, standards, and best practices
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance ServiceNow solutions
Architect integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP, MID Server
Oversee CMDB architecture, Discovery, and Service Mapping
Guide upgrade strategy, release management, and platform roadmap
Review and approve technical designs, code, and customizations
Mentor leads and developers; provide architectural direction
Collaborate with business, security, risk, and infrastructure teams
Support enterprise compliance, security, and audit requirements
Required Skills:
Expert knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture
Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide API, and scoped apps
Deep understanding of CMDB, Discovery, and integrations
Experience with Performance Analytics, Reporting, and data strategy
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow security model (ACLs, roles, domains)
Experience in Agile / SAFe environments
Preferred Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) highly preferred
ServiceNow CSA
CIS (ITSM / ITOM / IRM / HRSD)
CAD
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Client-facing and enterprise architecture experience
