As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and driven Senior Operations Manager to lead key operational functions and who is skilled in team collaboration and customer service.

About the Role 

The Senior Operations Manager must be skilled in team collaboration, operations management, and customer service, with a strong track record of building positive relationships across departments. You will oversee critical operational functions including caregiver recruitment, onboarding, implementation of training, scheduling, compliance, and process improvement. We are seeking someone who is passionate about continuous improvement, leadership development, and making systems run smoothly. 

This position collaborates closely with the Director of Client Services, and the Director of Clinical and is responsible for supervising all staff members of CompassCare’s Talent Team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in home care operations and management, monitoring analytics and excels in team leadership and operational enhancement.

Qualifications & Experience - Qualified candidates are asked to submit a cover letter with their resume.

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Management, or a related field. 

• Minimum of 3 –5 years of experience in operations management within the home care industry and at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience. 

• Strong supervisory skills, including excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; adept at team engagement and motivation. 

• Project Management, including proficiency in homecare and operations management systems, scheduling software, and training platforms. 

• Strong problem-solving skills. 

• Experience in oversight of recruiting and training, including proven ability to develop and implement high quality caregiver training programs. 

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making. 

• Commitment to service excellence and a passion for enhancing client and caregiver experiences

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 based on experience and qualifications.
