The Senior Manager, Transfer Pricing and International Planning will help develop, implement and monitor operational transfer pricing processes, manage global tax planning process for all domestic and international operations, while maintaining strong internal controls, and provide guidance to finance teams and other stakeholders within GF. Essential Responsibilities include developing TP strategy aligned with broader Tax planning and business requirements, implementing and monitoring controls to manage strategic and operational TP risks, driving TP operational and forecast implementation initiatives, determining appropriate margins and ensuring legal agreements are executed to implement intercompany transactions, ensuring compliance with TP policies and proposing adjustments/revisions, reviewing forecasted TP adjustments to support ETR forecast process, monitoring operational TP results and overseeing necessary pricing adjustments, managing global TP compliance including master file, local file, CbCR and monitoring compliance with local TP compliances and filings, supporting TP audits and controversy resolution, assisting with cash distribution planning and providing tax advice to Management regarding the U.S. tax implications, providing technical leadership and leading federal, state, local, and international research and tax planning strategies, assessing the impact of new legislation, business restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, accounting methods or pronouncements, monitoring federal, state, international and OECD legislative and statutory tax changes and evaluating the potential impact to the Company. Required qualifications include a degree in Accountancy or Taxation or Economics, 10+ years of hands-on experience with all aspects of transfer pricing, solid background in operational transfer pricing, and experience with TP compliance requirements in US, EMEA and APAC regions. Preferred qualifications include transfer pricing experience in a global public accounting firm or a combination of global accounting firm and MNC industry-experience, strong data analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and Power BI, hands on experience with Oracle and SAP, strong business/commercial sense, team player, result-oriented with high levels of drive and initiative, effective workload prioritization and meeting of deadlines, good communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to interface across functions and with key stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
