We seek an inquisitive, analytical, and detail-oriented Senior Data Scientist experienced in Acquisition Marketing. This role is crucial for developing analytics tools and workflows, with a focus on marketing attribution, spend optimization, and driving profitable growth. You should be comfortable managing multiple projects, collaborating cross-functionally, and influencing stakeholders through data-driven insights. What you’ll do: Enhance analytical capabilities in acquisition and retention marketing. Develop frameworks for marketing performance analysis, including media mix modeling (MMM) and channel-level CAC. Lead channel strategy testing, geo-level testing, and operationalize insights with marketing leadership. Create comprehensive reporting solutions for executive and cross-functional visibility into marketing metrics. Build data collection and transformation processes to support analytics. Prepare presentations and documents for technical and non-technical audiences. Mentor junior analysts and promote capability development within the team. What you have: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of marketing data analytics experience in e-commerce or D2C environments. Advanced SQL skills, including analytics functions, window functions, and CTEs. 3+ years of experience with Python and data visualization tools (Tableau preferred). Experience implementing statistical models into business processes. Strong ability to derive insights and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders and senior management. Curiosity and understanding of data ecosystems, with a business-oriented perspective. Location: Preferably based in Atlanta; open to remote candidates across the U.S. Compensation & Benefits: The salary range is $145,000 to $195,000, depending on location, skills, and experience.
