Sanitation/Janitorial
• 2nd shift Sunday - Thursday 4:30pm - 1:00am $19.80hr.
Sanitation Worker Job Description:
* Temp to hire employment opportunity
* Cleaning warehouse
* Moving pallets, taking out trash, sweeping, etc.
* Cleaning offices
* Must be able to properly clean bathrooms, including toilets.
* Clean cafeteria rooms
* Performing other warehouse functions as needed
Sanitation Worker Qualifications:
* Must be able to work overtime, up to 8 hour shifts and weekends if needed
* Have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
* Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Required to constantly maintain all areas clean.

IL Paid Leave for All Workers
An employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act. The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment. An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment. Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave
401(k) with company match for eligible employees.
Eligibility: Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age. Entry dates into the 401(k) are: 1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work.
The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution. As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution/match maximum is 4%)
