Job Summary:

The Front Desk Sales & Guest Services Coordinator will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service while managing appointments and supporting salon operations. This role requires a proactive individual who excels at managing multiple tasks, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. Sales experience and a passion for client retention are essential to help drive business growth and achieve team goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Reception: Greet and welcome clients with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Appointment Management: Efficiently manage scheduling, and appointment changes.
  • Sales & Upselling: Actively engage with clients to promote services, retail products, and special offers, meeting sales targets and contributing to salon growth.
  • Customer Support: Handle client inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide tailored recommendations to ensure complete satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Proven sales experience with a strong focus on goal achievement and client retention.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Previous customer support or front desk experience preferred.
  • Positive, charismatic, and professional demeanor with a passion for exceptional guest service.
