The Role
We’re looking for an energetic Salon Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity if you love the beauty industry and want hands-on experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Your day-to-day will include:
• Greeting clients and making them feel welcome
• Assisting stylists (washing hair, prepping stations, sanitizing tools)
• Helping keep the salon organized and beautiful
• Supporting inventory management
• Delivering outstanding customer service
If you have a cosmetology license in Pennsylvania (or are working toward one), you may be invited to join our apprentice program — a pathway to becoming a stylist on our salon floor.
What We’re Looking For
• Friendly, professional, and eager to learn
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Organized, reliable, and flexible with scheduling (Tuesday–Saturday)
• Previous salon/beauty experience is a plus, but not required
