Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, flows and other content of intermediate complexity Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality Strong data management abilities A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred com Advanced Admin (ADM211) certified Community Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications preferred Experience building Lightning Web Components Experience with GitHub Experience with Azure DevOps Job Responsibilities Software development resources have adequate knowledge and expertise to execute at high-level on the defined work packages. Software development resources will receive adequate knowledge about project requirements to effectively execute on work packages.
