Compensation:

• Base Pay: $16.50 per hour + Commission
• Top Performers: Earn $6-12k months
• Paid Training: No prior tax relief experience required

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and results driven Inside Sales to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to dive into sales, where NO prior experience is necessary ! **Urgent Hiring** We are actively seeking 50+ Sales Closers to start August 5th ,2025!

Responsibilities:

• Lead Qualification: Identify and engage inbound and outbound leads to assist them with resolving their tax debt.
• Cold Calling & Negotiation: Leverage your negotiation skills to build rapport and close deals.
• Client Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing communication with clients through phone calls, emails, and texts via our CRM system.
• Consultative Sales Approach: Use a solution-based approach to guide potential clients through the process.
• Onboarding Clients: Effectively walk new clients through the contract and ensure a seamless transition.
• CRM Management: Utilize our CRM to manage your sales pipeline and track progress toward meeting goals

Requirements:

• Motivated & Self-Driven : You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong desire to succeed.
• Strong Communication Skills : Ability to clearly and effectively communicate, listen actively, and show empathy.
• Adaptability : Comfortable working independently and efficiently within a structured framework.
• CRM Experience : Ability to quickly adapt to a customized CRM system and use it to manage leads and sales pipelines.
• Commitment : Availability to work 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, in our Irvine office.

Compensation & Benefits
