They pride themselves on their ability to tackle the complexities of any industry. The Ideal Candidate You have a background in consumer electronics software development or project management. You’re a strong listener,you thrive on building relationships,passionate about solving complex engineering challenges, and experienced in selling engineering consulting services. You excel at positioning Sigma Connectivity's offerings as indispensable solutions to our clients' technical needs. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement You will primarily work with customers in Silicon Valley. Your role is to understand their technical and business challenges, collaborate with our engineering teams to define tailored software and hardware solutions, present these to the customer, and close contracts. Business Development You will help shape Sigma’s go-to-market efforts by planning and executing customer outreach strategies . This includes identifying new business opportunities, building local offerings, collaborating with strategic partners, and leveraging events, trade shows, and industry forums to generate leads. Relationship Building You develop and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and industry partners through transparency, dependability, and clear communication. Ideally, you already have an established network of industry contacts and you look forward to expanding your network in this role. You identify customer goals and needs, shape practical solutions in collaboration with our engineering team, articulate Sigma Connectivity’s value proposition, navigate competitive dynamics, and close contracts. Account Management You are a team player. You are good at managing and further develop existing and new customer accounts together with the Sigma Connectivity account team. You ensure customer expectations are clearly understood and aligned with our delivery capabilities. You act as the customer’s voice within Sigma Connectivity and work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction. Location and Travel Requirements Based in the San Francisco Bay Area , with work split between our San Jose office, home and meetings at the customer sites in Silicon Valley. Occasional travel to other West Coast clients, industry events (e.g., CES), and to our headquarters in Lund, Sweden . We offer The annual salary range for this role is $150,000 – $250,000 per year. The Annual Salary depends upon various job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs, and market demand. This range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
