At ViaBot, we’re reinventing property management with the first autonomous solution designed for commercial spaces. Our robots keep properties clean and efficient, and now we’re looking for a sharp, reliable Robot Monitor & Maintenance Technician to join our team.
What You’ll Do:
Keep an eye on our robot fleet remotely, juggling multiple screens and tasks throughout your shift.
Spot issues as they come up and report them to our technical team.
Step in to maintain property cleanliness if a robot can’t finish the job.
Perform simple diagnostic checks and basic fixes on robots (don’t worry—training’s on us!).
What You Bring:
Comfortable working at a computer for most of your shift.
Tech-savvy and quick to pick up new apps and tools.
Solid multitasking chops.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Capable of lifting 20+ lbs and handling physical tasks as needed.
Willing to wear a few hats and pitch in beyond your official duties.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Not a remote position
Nice to Have (But Not Required):
Experience using hand or power tools.
Familiarity with building or troubleshooting electronics or mechanical systems.
Schedule:
5 days a weeks
8 hour shift
Evening shift
Night shift
Overnight shift
