‍⚕️ What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality home health nursing visits across a range of patient needs
• Various position types include Start of Care, Resumption of Care, Wound Care, Non-Wound Visits, Pediatrics, and Re-certifications - with higher compensation rates available for more complex visits.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure excellent continuity of care
• Document visits via tablet within 24-48 hours
• Maintain compliance with DOH regulations and uphold Royal Care's mission of compassionate, culturally sensitive care

✅ What You'll Need:

• Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Experience with OASIS assessments (preferred)
• Prior home care or acute care experience preferred
• Knowledge of Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is a bonus
