This Graduate Nurse position is designed for new RN graduates entering clinical practice through a 12-month Nurse Residency program that emphasizes evidence-based training, mentorship, and hands-on experience across multiple specialties such as Med/Surg, ICU, and Emergency Room. Our Nurse Residency is a 12-month program designed to help new RN graduates transition into clinical practice with confidence and competence. Combining the gold standard of evidence-based training, mentorship, and hands-on experience, the residency develops clinical skills, critical thinking, and leadership.
