We are looking for an experienced Electrical, Software, or Test Design Engineer with 10+ years of experience interested in designing and developing mission-critical test solutions and software. The role is based in New Hampshire, with locations in Nashua, Hudson, Merrimack, and Manchester. The RF Senior Principal Test Engineer will develop automated test software solutions, act as a technical lead, and provide expert support to the team. You should be capable of assuming leadership roles, providing technical status updates, and interfacing across engineering disciplines. The Ideal Candidate Would Be Familiar or Experienced In: NI Test Software Tools (TestStand, LabWindows/CVI) Instrument Communication (Network analyzers, Spectrum analyzers) Microwave/RF measurements (VSWR, Gain, Compression, Phase noise, etc.) Proficiency in C# (desirable) Product lifecycle development (requirements review, test plan, coding, integration, customer sell-off) Test development processes and HW debug & troubleshooting Required Education, Experience, & Skills: Strong leadership skills and experience leading multiple projects Proficiency in C, C++, and C# Experience with RF test development and instrumentation Knowledge of RF measurement techniques and root cause analysis Good communication skills and initiative Preferred: Experience supporting factory production test stands, debug, and test solution development (hardware and software). Salary Range: $130,355 - $221,603, based on market factors and candidate qualifications.
