Huckberry is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Retail Associates to join our flagship retail location, opening in Georgetown in early 2025. This is your chance to join one of IAB's most disruptive consumer brands and shape the future of our retail experience. We want someone who’s scrappy, adventurous, sales-driven, and passionate about creating incredible customer experiences while growing a loyal community of Huckberry ambassadors. You may be a good fit if: You're a natural storyteller interested in helping customers discover the perfect gear and apparel for their adventures You are a problem-solver who isn't afraid to get scrappy and think outside the box You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are excited to contribute to building the Huckberry experience in our first brick-and-mortar retail location Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport and offering personalized recommendations based on customer needs and interests Maintain a thorough understanding of Huckberry's product offerings, including features, benefits, and brand stories Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing Replenish inventory and maintain stock levels on the sales floor Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment Assist with store events and promotions Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively 1+ years of experience in a retail sales or customer service role preferred A passion for the outdoors, adventure, and the Huckberry brand Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A strong work ethic and a positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight Interest in menswear and lifestyle brands Medical, Dental, Vision benefits 401(k) and employer match WFH flexibility Sabbatical Leave Mental health resources Paid Parental Leave Paid Time Off & Paid Sick Leave Volunteer Time Off Generous employee discount $18-$21/hr + bonus opportunities Company Description Huckberry is the ultimate one-stop men's shop for discovering the best gear and threads.
