Greet Guest with a warm and friendly attitude, creating a welcoming first impression. Manage reservations,waitlist, and seating chart to ensure efficient table turnover. Answering incoming phone calls, take reservations and provide basic restaurant information. Escort guest to their tables and provide menus. Communicate wait times clearly and accurately. Coordinate with servers and management to keep seating balanced for the dining room. Assist with light cleaning and organization of the host stand and entry area. Provide excellent customer service resolving minor concerns promptly and courteously.
