We are currently seeking a Residential Service Plumber to provide expert plumbing solutions to our growing customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
• Educate and assist homeowners in selecting the most suitable plumbing solutions for their needs.
• Perform in-home plumbing services including diagnostics, repairs, drain cleaning, fixture replacements, and installation of traditional and tankless water heaters.
• Demonstrate professionalism, technical expertise, and a customer-first mindset to foster long-term relationships and generate referrals.
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and keep accurate inventory.
• Follow daily schedules and job updates via company-provided mobile software.
• Collaborate with dispatch, customer service, and support teams to ensure efficient job completion and customer satisfaction.
• Provide training, support, and mentorship to plumbing apprentices and junior technicians.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training to stay up to date with best practices and new technologies.
Requirements:
• Valid driver's license with a clean and safe driving record.
• Proficiency in residential plumbing including soldering, pipe threading, fixture installation, leak detection, gas testing, and water heater installation (standard and tankless).
• Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and the ability to apply them in real-world scenarios.
• Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-through skills.
• Comfortable using mobile devices and job tracking software.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• High integrity and a team-oriented attitude.
• Motivated, adaptable, and driven to continuously improve technical knowledge and skills.
