Job Description

One of our clients is looking for a remote IT Solution Architect to join their team. Youll collaborate closely with marketing, merchandising, and campaign teams. Together, youll integrate Contentstack into the organizations digital experiences. Your focus will be on standardizing content creation and delivery methods. This means ensuring that content creators across the company follow consistent guidelines and best practices. Whether its web pages, mobile apps, or other channels, youll work to streamline how content is delivered to end-users. Additonal responsibilities are shown below - Interpret Business Needs: Translate business and technical requirements into business capability maps and architectural blueprints. Work closely with product owners and managers to support future business requirements. Assess Technology: Monitor the current solution portfolio to identify deficiencies. Understand emerging technology trends and their business applications. Apply Technology: Lead the design and evolution of the solution architecture. Develop a roadmap for the enterprise solution portfolio. Act as a technology consultant. Provide Enterprise Guidance: Deliver standard definitions and architecture designs to support architectural governance. Support a community of practice (CoP), guiding and helping agile teams and product owners to align with the overall enterprise architecture governance and assurance. Experience working in the retail or fueling industry Experience with loyalty engines, ecommerce engines, and personalization 5-10 years of experience as an IT Solution Architect Experience implementing Contentstack into an enterprise environment Experience with headless content management systems Experience with Digital Asset Management, specifically to streamline storage, retrieval, and organization Experience developing architecture blueprints, strategies, and roadmaps Experience delivering presentations to senior-level executives and technical audiences Ability to travel 10% - 20% of the time both inside and outside of the country Good understanding of product management and agile methodology to support to provide advice and guidance on opportunities, impact, and risks, taking account of technical and architectural debt Excellent written and verbal communication skills Insight Global
