Position Summary :
The Registered Nurse has the responsibility for providing direct and indirect nursing care to assigned patients. Works under the direct and indirect supervision of the PACE Clinical Services Supervisor or designee, but is independent in the application of advanced nursing knowledge and skills. Manages complex clinical situations for which he/she is responsible.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
2. Current RN license in good standing to practice in the required state.
3. Minimum 3 years RN clinical experience. Relevant experience must be within the last 3 years.
4. Experience with paperless documentation preferred.
5. 1 year of experience working with a frail or elderly population preferred. If this is not present, training on working with a frail or elderly population will be provided upon hiring.
6. Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the minimum state required liability auto insurance.
7. Be medically cleared for communicable diseases and have all immunizations up-to-date before engaging in direct participant contact.
8. Pass a comprehensive criminal background check that may include, but is not limited to, federal and state Medicare/Medicaid exclusion lists, criminal history, education verification, license verification, reference check, and drug screen.
