• Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their choices.
• Coordinate with the team to schedule showings that align with clients' needs and preferences.
• Communicate effectively with clients, answering questions and providing insights about the properties.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of the local real estate market to offer valuable advice to clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions from showings to closing.
• Utilize feedback from clients to refine and enhance the showing experience.
• Stay updated on new listings and market trends to provide clients with the most current information.

• Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.
• Experience in real estate or a related field is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, ensuring they feel informed and valued.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple showings and client schedules efficiently.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new information and market trends, providing clients with up-to-date insights.
• Comfortable using technology and real estate software to enhance the client experience.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to property showings in the Baltimore-Towson area.
